Beaumier has announced two strategic appointments to strengthen its leadership team.

The European boutique hotel group has promoted Anna Fedou to Chief Commercial Officer and Diederik Visser to Chief Digital Officer.
Both appointments are effective from July 2026.
Fedou joined Beaumier in June 2024 as Head of Brand and Marketing.
In her new role as Chief Commercial Officer, she will oversee the group’s commercial strategy, including brand, marketing, sales, distribution, revenue management and guest experience.
She will work closely with operational teams to strengthen the positioning and commercial performance of Beaumier’s hotels.
Fedou’s career spans hospitality, real estate, luxury brands and strategic consulting.
After completing an MBA at ESSEC Business School, she joined Les Sources de Caudalie as Commercial and Marketing Director.
She later founded Bohème Consulting, a consultancy specialising in hotel repositioning.
Her career has also included work with brands including Moët Hennessy and Sotheby’s.
Visser joined Beaumier in July 2025 and has been placed in charge of the group’s digital strategy.
As Chief Digital Officer, he will lead the continued evolution of Beaumier’s technology ecosystem.

His remit will focus on enhancing the guest journey, improving operational efficiency and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business.
He will also lead the adoption of automation and artificial intelligence to streamline processes, strengthen commercial performance and equip Beaumier’s teams with innovative digital tools.
A graduate of NHL Hogeschool in Hospitality Administration and Management, Visser brings nearly 30 years of experience in hotel information systems.
His career includes 14 years at Hilton, followed by leadership roles at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, now Radisson Hotel Group, Mangalis Hotel Group and Zien Group.
At Zien Group, he served as Director of IT for a portfolio of 12 hotels operating under the Eden Hotels brand.
More recently, Visser has focused on developing technology solutions for the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on process automation and artificial intelligence.
Billy Skelli-Cohen, CEO of Beaumier, said: “Anna and Diederik each bring exceptional expertise that will play a pivotal role as Beaumier enters its next phase of growth.
“Their appointments mark an important milestone in strengthening our commercial and digital capabilities, ensuring we are well positioned to achieve our long-term ambitions.
“Equally important, they both exemplify the leadership, values, and culture that define Beaumier.
“Their progression into C-suite roles is not only a significant achievement for their respective functions but also a meaningful step in further strengthening the leadership of our entire group.”
Beaumier is a contemporary luxury hotel group rooted in destinations across Europe.
Its hotels span locations including the Alps, the Mediterranean and Provence, with the brand focused on nature, art, gastronomy, wellbeing and understated luxury.
