AMAALA has begun its first phase opening at Triple Bay on Saudi Arabia’s north-western Red Sea coast.

Set where the Hijaz Mountains meet the sea across three naturally shaped bays, AMAALA has been designed as a new destination for wellness, longevity and regenerative travel.
The first phase, Triple Bay, introduces a resort line-up reflecting the evolving shape of luxury wellness in 2026.
Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA is the first property to open.
The resort features 202 rooms and suites, six open-air dining venues and a spa set within organic gardens, occupying the longest stretch of beach at Triple Bay.
Throughout the summer, Four Seasons is expected to be joined by Six Senses, Rosewood, Equinox and Nammos, each bringing its own interpretation of ultra-luxury wellness to the destination.
The wider offer will include biohacking and performance recovery, barefoot elegance, Mediterranean social energy and deeper immersion in nature.
Later in the year and into early 2027, Jayasom, The Ritz-Carlton and Clinique La Prairie are also expected to follow.
Beyond the resorts, AMAALA Yacht Club and Corallium Marine Life Institute have opened as part of the first phase.
Corallium Marine Life Institute is a research and visitor centre dedicated to Red Sea conservation, strengthening AMAALA’s positioning as a destination shaped by both luxury hospitality and environmental responsibility.
The destination is powered entirely by renewable energy and has been designed to welcome no more than 500,000 visitors a year.
Its setting combines Red Sea waters, desert escarpments, low levels of light pollution and a coastline that has remained largely untouched.
AMAALA is also positioned as a year-round coastal destination in the GCC, offering wellness, culture, marine experiences and luxury hospitality within one integrated development.
Recent travel access changes are also expected to support demand from the UK market.
From 1 July, UK travellers can access Saudi Arabia under a new Electronic Travel Authorisation, allowing multiple entries and stays of up to 180 days.
With the first phase now open, AMAALA marks a significant step in Saudi Arabia’s growing tourism offer, bringing together hospitality, conservation, wellness and regenerative travel on the Red Sea coast.
