Nobu Hotel London Portman Square Celebrates Frieze Masters 2025: Where Art Meets Culinary Excellence

October 3, 2025

As Frieze returns to London this October, Marylebone’s chic Nobu Hotel London Portman Square will be elevating the Frieze experience in true Nobu style. Just a stone’s throw away from Regent’s Park, the hotel will celebrate the world-renowned art fair by hosting an exclusive exhibition by acclaimed British artist John Atkin, accompanied by a limited-edition Frieze Afternoon Tea, while also bringing the renowned Nobu dining experience to Frieze Masters 2025 itself with Nobu Catering.

From Wednesday, 15th October to Sunday, 19th October at Regent’s Park, Frieze attendees will be able to indulge in bespoke hospitality with expertly crafted cuisine and iconic Nobu dishes at the exclusive Nobu Catering pop-up experience. Whether visiting the vibrant art displays or exploring the expansive galleries, attendees can enjoy tailored menus, custom beverage pairings, and impeccable service, elevating the Frieze experience with the essence of Nobu and blending art with gastronomy.

From 13 to 26 October, hotel guests and visitors alike will be able to explore John Atkin’s exhibition for Frieze 2025, in The White Box at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, a stunning gallery space. Bringing together a selection of wall-based works and freestanding sculptures, the exhibition, exclusively curated by Gesture Gallery, reflects Atkin’s unique approach to form, material, and architectural influence, inviting audiences into a space of discovery and sparking conversation, whilst remaining entirely accessible. Gesture Gallery was founded to create avenues and opportunities for artists to gain exposure to an international audience.

To complement the exhibition, Nobu Hotel London Portman Square presents the Frieze Edition Afternoon Tea, a unique celebration of art and flavour. Inspired by Atkin’s evocative sculpture piece Nomad, the menu celebrates the journeys of the human spirit across the globe, whilst also drawing on the remarkable travels of Chef Nobu throughout his career. Nobu pastry chefs have specially crafted the Nomad Grapefruit and Passion Fruit Delight, an intricate cake, designed to echo the form and texture of the artwork and a vibrant tribute to exploration. The savoury selection includes the bold Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice alongside Nobu signatures such as the Sushi House Roll, Smoked Salmon Shokupan Club, Truffle Tamago and the Nobu-Style Wagyu Slider, all featured as part of Nobu Hotel London Portman Square’s exquisite Frieze Edition Afternoon Tea from 13 – 26 October.
