Restaurant Associates has announced a series of strategic promotions to support ongoing expansion plans.
The company continues to celebrate year-on-year growth and strong levels of client retention. Marked by contract gains across industry-leading corporate customers, and an exciting new venture into the Formula 1 motorsports industry. Central to this success has been the talent and dynamism of their associates, who remain at the heart of their achievements.
Sally Hillman takes on the role of Managing Director. With a wealth of experience from a career spanning two decades in leisure and hospitality. As Managing Director of Restaurant Associates, Hillman will oversee a portfolio of both national and global customers. She will work closely with the senior team to drive exceptional standards.
Phil Clerkin, who has played an integral role at Restaurant Associates for over a decade, will transition from his current role as Operations Director to take on the position of Business Director. In this new capacity, Clerkin will support the company’s growth agenda, leveraging his strong commercial outlook and customer-focused approach. With a deep-rooted background in hospitality, his career includes international experience with high-profile corporate clients, including organisations in the banking and technology sectors.
Finally, Eloisa Cackett has joined the business as Operations Director, to oversee some of Restaurant Associates B&I clients. She brings a wealth of knowledge in delivering first class service – beginning her career with Compass Group over a decade ago by participating in their graduate scheme.
