Ahead of the much anticipated ‘An Evening With’ celebration, which this year, is taking place at the iconic Abbey Road Studios, the Country Range Group has announced star comedian and foodie Ed Gamble will be the headline entertainment!
The annual event sees the Country Range Group’s 11 proudly independent members and a whole host of suppliers come together to network, announce award winners and celebrate the last 12 months. This year’s occasion is extra special because it marks a decade of these hugely successful events.
Stand-up comedian, actor and podcaster Ed Gamble is a regular on Mock the Week and showcases his passion and knowledge of food through his widely acclaimed ‘Off Menu’ podcast with James Acaster and as a judge on the BBC’s Great British Menu, where top chefs from across the UK put their hearts on a plate and showcase amazing culinary talent.
Since launching in December 2018, Off Menu has become one of the biggest podcasts in the country, winning multiple awards and regularly topping the podcast charts with over 120 million downloads. The concept is simple – Ed and James invite special guests each week to discuss their favourite starter, main course, side dish, dessert and drink.
In addition to Ed’s unique brand of comedy and inspiring surroundings, guests will enjoy a champagne reception, a bespoke 3-course dinner created by the Clink Charity. Some lucky attendees will also be invited to be part of a special track being recorded at the world famous studios especially to mark the celebrations.
With both member and supplier awards a key part of the evening, the supplier award shortlist has been released to Group suppliers.
