Ben Tish, Chef Director of Cubitt House, and The Barley Mow Head Chef Chris Fordham-Smith, will welcome Cinnamon Kitchen and Vivek Singh to the new Mayfair pub and dining room to co-host a special ‘Curry Feast’ dinner collaboration on Monday, 20 February 2023.
The menu will feature favoured Cinnamon Kitchen dishes and influences, alongside The Barley Mow’s own British style, a wine pairing will also be available.
The evening will kick off with a special Gin with blood orange and cinnamon tonic.
The menu
Starters to share: Crispy fried whitebait with green chilli & coriander mayonnaise, Cinnamon Club Scotch egg, and Lamb seekh kebab sausage roll with spiced tomato pickle.
Main Courses: Butter chicken, or Cardamom spiced kedgeree with soft boiled egg, spring onions & coriander.
Sides: Marsala mash, Steamed green beans with coconut, and Grilled Indian breads.
Dessert: Spiced sticky toffee & ginger pudding.
