H&C News are pleased to announce that the cleaning and maintenance of the Institute of Hospitality Golf Day 2023, in partnership with Caterer.com, will be provided by TWO Services.
On arrival at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, it very quickly becomes apparent why this is the home of the PGA and the only golf venue in the world to have hosted four Ryder Cups.
This perception is matched by the experience – which is precisely why we not only host our own golf day at The Belfry every year, but now organise and manage the Institute of Hospitality’s there also. Great service is always extended to our guests alongside world class golf facilities.
Following the success of both days in 2022, we are now working with a number of sponsors to further improve the experience for all attendees who take part in next year’s event.
We recently announced the sponsor of the next IoH golf day’s Nearest the Pin award in 2023, Bankbrokers – and we can now share the news that TWO Services will be the event’s cleaning and maintenance sponsor.
As part of this sponsorship agreement, TWO Services will be providing all eighteen golf teams with two buggies per team.
The buggies will be valeted in the morning to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Plus, thanks to TWO Service’s involvement, each player will be able to enjoy a sausage roll and a drink in the halfway house on the course, to help maintain their energy levels throughout the afternoon.
In line with its brand promise, TWO Services will ensure that best-in-class hospitality is delivered from clean facilities that have been maintained to enable optimum performance.
Robert Richardson FIH, CEO of the Institute of Hospitality, remarked on the news: “Having attended the H&C News Golf Day at The Belfry in 2021, I asked the team if they could replicate the day for the IoH and our members in 2022.
“They did, and it lived up to every expectation. We also raised more than £5,000 for our Youth Council.
“The day is now being built on further through a series of sponsorships to offer all who take part a truly exceptional day of hospitality.
“I would like to say thank you to Oliver Smith and the team at TWO Services for working with H&C News to make what is already a very special day even more so.”
Oliver Smith, National Sales Director at TWO Services, is delighted to play a more central role in the running of the IoH event in 2023. He said: “We met several of our customers at the golf day this year, and many other contacts that we hope will join forces with us in the future.
