Its new premises is custom designed to offer best in class facilities across every area of the business, featuring a purpose built 365-day Support Desk, 400 device capacity Staging facility, Repair and Refurbishment centre with the latest technology, 1,200 pallet IT storage facility; incorporating full PCI compliance, alongside collaborative open plan offices and training centre. It provides a centralised operational hub for their field-based workforce, nGeneration provides field-based services across the entire UK and Ireland, 365 days-per-year.
