It’s not just the end of the apprenticeship programme – it’s also the steppingstone to the next part of the journey.
“Joining EHAP just as we are starting to emerge from the lockdown is a privilege and such a perfect fit with my values. Whilst my focus will be on governance, EDI, and strategy, I’ll always have the best interest of apprentices and their employers in my mind and will never lose sight of why we do what we do.”
Head of EHAP, Dan PowerDan Power, director, EHAP, said: “I am absolutely delighted to welcome Debbie to the team. At this crucial time in our development, to have someone with Debbie’s experience, energy and wisdom join us is a game-changer.
“It was clear very early in our conversations that we had shared values and these aligned perfectly with that of EHAP. As a result of Debbie’s work with other end-point assessment organisations, I know that her knowledge and strategic guidance will add huge value to our board.
“Most importantly, I trust Debbie to challenge us to be the best that we can be.”
