The LED handle talks to the waiting staff across the bar, giving them an accurate view of where the dishrack is in the cleaning cycle. Green means that it is washing efficiently, blue indicates that the dishwasher is ready for a new rack of soiled ware, and red tells the staff that there is an important message for them.
Breakdown and nightly washing are simplified by the blue indicators inside the dishwashing machine tell the bar staff what needs to be cleaned at the end of the shift. The self-assisted cleaning cycle takes only a few minutes and the dishwasher is ready to be used the next day.
