Glasgow’s luxury city centre hotel and spa, The Blythswood Square Hotel, is spreading festive cheer this Christmas by supporting Cash for Kids.
The Blythswood Square Hotel has launched its new Christmas cocktail menu, featuring drinks that will warm the cockles of any humbug heart.
And if that wasn’t enough, £1 from every Christmas cocktail sold in December is being donated to the Cash for Kids’ Mission Christmas, an initiative set up to ensure the most vulnerable children in the UK receive a present on Christmas day.
Murray Thompson, The Blythswood Square Hotel General Manager said: “We’re delighted to be supporting Cash for Kids this Christmas. No child should go without a gift on Christmas Day and the team at The Blythswood Square Hotel are determined to raise as much as possible to bring some festive cheer to those in need.”
The Christmas cocktail menu is inspired by Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol and features original drinks such as the Ebenezer Scrooge a Scotch Whisky based cocktail with festive spices, The Ghost of Christmas for the gin lovers and Fezziwig which combines Remy Martin VSOP, port, Christmas syrup, lemon juice and cider.
As well as festive cocktails that are sure to spice up your Christmas, guests can choose to imbibe on the alcoholic free drinks available under the menus, ‘Tiny Tims’ section, which features a delicious and unique take on a hot apple cider.
