Diners at Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse Bar & Grill in Bristol can now enjoy a host of exciting new dishes, as the restaurant unveils its brand new mouth-watering menu.
Located at Doubletree by Hilton, Cadbury House in Congresbury, Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse Bar & Grill specialises in classic British dishes.
The new menu uses Marco’s famous cooking techniques to create a mix of childhood favourites and modern day delicacies, simply cooked using the best locally sourced ingredients.
The finest quality steak remains at the heart of the new menu and guests can choose their desired cut which ranges from the Grilled 35 Day Aged 10oz Ribeye or Sirloin to the Grilled 35 Day Aged 16oz T-Bone or Grilled Centre Cut 8oz Fillet. The popular Roast Chateaubriand 16oz for two is also remaining on the new menu.
Old favourites including the Governor’s Steak & Ale Pie, the Roast Rump of Lamb A La Dijonnaise and the Roast Chicken A La Forestiere will also be preserved, and joined by mouth-watering additions such as the Pig Mixed Grill.
A new Steakhouse Burger section has been added which features The French, The American and The Alex James Burger. A friend of Marco’s, Alex James of Blur fame is now a producer of award winning artisan British cheeses. As such, the Alex James Burger’s signature ingredient is melted blue cheese, teamed with crispy bacon.
A range of vegetarian dishes have been carefully selected and added to the menu and the starters section boasts a good selection of meat and veggie options including soups and potages.
For those with a sweet tooth, the new menu also delivers an exciting selection of desserts, including Mr White’s Billionaire’s Shortbread and freshly baked Crumble of the Day.
Brady Smith, operations manager at Doubletree by Hilton, Cadbury House, said: “We are extremely excited to have launched our new menu, which combines guests’ favourite dishes and a host of delicious new dishes.
