Award-winning hotel group, Jurys Inn, reveal an exciting new menu across 25 of its UK hotels, as their 25th celebrations continue into spring.
‘The Kitchen’, a contemporary new menu available in the bar and restaurant, has an appetising array of new dishes, including a number of vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options.
The menu features a number of British and international dishes including mouth-watering Mussels, served in a Tomato, Paprika and Chorizo Broth, Steak and Ale Pie and enticing new desserts including an Irish Coffee Affogato.
Amongst other fresh additions comes a delightfully aromatic Chicken Malabar, spiced with a medium heat, traditional to its South Indian roots, served with basmati rice, naan bread, mango chutney, raita and poppadoms.
For a healthier choice, diners can choose from a lightly grilled Thai Sea Bass, bursting with crisp flavours of lemongrass and ginger, and a full range of delicious vegan and gluten-free options, including the superfood salad, served with broccoli, avocado, quinoa and a zesty citrus dressing.
