
On Monday 16th April, Chef Patron Michel Roux Jr welcomes renowned Chef Giorgio Locatelli for a one-off event celebrating glorious Italian cuisine at his two Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Gavroche. Whilst Le Gavroche is known as the bastion of classic French dining, for one night only, the kitchen has been handed over to the Italians!
Joining Giorgio and Michel in the kitchen will be Michel’s daughter, Chef Emily Roux who will be drawing on her training in Alain Ducasse’s Italian restaurant La Trattoria, and Le Gavroche’s Italian-born Head Chef Diego Ferrari, who will each be creating one dish on the four-course menu.
Alongside a Champagne reception, the restaurant will be delving into its award-winning cellar for some exceptional wines to match each course, specially selected by its team of sommeliers.
