Holiday Inn Northampton West, part of the Splendid Hospitality Group, has been crowned a winner at the international Hotel Stars Awards from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
The 66-room hotel, which completed a £2 million-pound makeover in 2016, was awarded the Hotel Transformation Award – Holiday Inn, for successfully implementing the Holiday Inn Open Lobby concept. This includes offering their guests zoned areas for entertainment, connectivity and round the clock dining with a vibrant atmosphere, day or night.

The annual Hotel Stars Awards were recently held at One Marylebone in London. The event, recognises hotels and people for their outstanding performance and contribution to the business and the local community in which they operate. The winners are the best performing IHG hotels and individuals across Europe.
