Care catering specialist Caterplus – part of leading contract caterer Elior UK – has held a week of different activities at more than 80 care homes across the UK to mark last week’s Nutrition & Hydration week (Monday 12 – Sunday 18 March).
Wilson Barrie, Managing Director at Caterplus, said: “Nutrition and hydration is absolutely critical to good physical and mental health. We worked with our clients across the country to help them and residents understand more about Nutrition and Hydration and its importance. We are helping by putting into practice, getting creative and giving some focus on all the different ways we can look to improve residents’ nutrition and hydration. And that’s exactly what we’ve done with our week of activity.”
