Travelodge, London’s first budget hotel chain, has opened two new hotels in the capital in Brent Cross and Harrow. These two new additions have boosted Travelodge portfolio to over 530 hotels throughout the UK and 71 properties across London. Combined both hotels represent an investment of £25 million for third party investors and have created 45 new jobs.
London Brent Cross Travelodge is located just off the M1 motorway and is a just a few minutes away from Brent Cross shopping centre. The 128 room hotel has a Bar Café and on-site car-parking. It is the company’s first hotel in Brent Cross and its fifth hotel in the borough of Barnet. This opening has created 20 new jobs within the community.
London Brent Cross TravelodgeThe second hotel, London Harrow Travelodge, is a 101-room hotel with Bar Café and is located in Harrow town centre near to the station and is just three stops away from Wembley on the Metropolitan tube line. This hotel opening has created 25 new jobs within the community.
London Harrow TravelodgeBoth hotels have been designed in the company’s new upgraded contemporary brand design that has been influenced by Travelodge business and leisure customers. All the rooms feature the bespoke luxurious king-size Travelodge Dreamer bed which has bedside USB charging points and a moonlighting surround.
The new modern room also includes softer LED ceiling lighting, providing a warmer ambience, a ‘comfort cooling’ system, a Samsung 32 inch digital television, complimentary tea & coffee making facilities and WIFI. In addition all family rooms now offer individual beds for children.

Both hotels are ideally located for business and leisure customers and have easy access into the centre of London.”
Travelodge currently operates four other hotels across the London Borough of Barnet – Cricklewood, Finchley, Southgate and Whetstone.
