Patty & Bun is excited to announce its third and final collaboration of 2017, which will see chef Claude Bosi of iconic two Michelin-starred Bibendum showcasing his skills – Family Style.
For one night only, on Monday 20th November, Claude will embrace his Lyonnaise roots for a truly unforgettable evening. Expect one seating, shared dishes and shared tables.
- Duck and pork scratchings
- Gougères
- Boudin Noir Quiche
- Chicken liver cake and crayfish sauce
- Sabodet and potatoes Lyonnaise
- Îles flottantes
- Bugnes Lyonnaise
Since Beaujolais Nouveau Day falls on the Thursday prior to the event and Beaujolais borders Lyon and is a fine match for Claude’s menu, wine consultant and restaurant writer Zeren Wilson (Bittenandwritten.com) has sourced a keg of Beaujolais Nouveau and produced a list of several older Beaujolais bottles for sale on the evening.
Joe Warwick says: “It’s great to be working with Claude to give Patty & Bun a taste of his celebrated hometown, famously described by Curnonsky as the ‘world capital of gastronomy.’ The brief I gave him was to go ‘Full Lyonnaise’ and that’s what he’s done with this menu. I’m looking forward to us draining the keg of Beaujolais Nouveau together.”
Joe Grossmann, founder of Patty & Bun says: “We’re beyond excited for the final edition of Family Style this year with the one and only Claude Bosi… Having just received two Michelin stars for Bibendum, I feel super honoured to have him come and work his magic at Family Style… this is going to be one for the ages!
