Chef Adam Handling will be welcoming Vivek Singh, Executive Chef of The Cinnamon Collection on Tuesday 7th November for an exclusive collaborative event at The Frog E1. Earlier this year, Adam and Vivek collaborated at The Cinnamon Club, which brought together a tour de force performance inclusive of signature flavours from both chefs.
Now returning to Adam’s home turf, Adam and Vivek will be joining forces to fuse the best of Indian and modern British tastes, bringing them to East London for a spectacular event that will be the closing chapter to the two-part dinner series.
The evening will begin with canapés that convey both chefs’ love for vibrant flavours including Adam’s Burnt Beef alongside Vivek’s Lamb Seekh Roomali. Guest will then be treated to an exclusive five-course menu that combines the very best flavours of East and West, alongside matched wines.
