Brothers Maxime, Yannis and Malik Alary are delighted to announce the appointment of Tam Storrar as shareholder and Chef Director at Blanchette Soho and Blanchette East.
A family affair, Blanchette is named after the brothers’ mother, whilst Tam has been on board as Head Chef since the opening of the first Blanchette, which opened in Soho at the end of 2013. Following the success of the original bistrot, a second branch of Blanchette was launched, this time in London’s east end on Brick Lane. Opening in the summer of 2016, Blanchette East celebrates everything that guests came to love about the Soho original but with a few distinct variations. The opening of Blanchette East also saw Tam take on the role of Executive Chef across both restaurants, developing innovative French sharing plates unique to each site.
