Saint or sinner – which are you? Choose your side and join Springboard’s wicked annual fund raising dinner!
Springboard’s annual fundraising dinner Saints & Sinners: The Alternative Big Event will take place on 1st March 2017 at QEII Centre, London. David Meade will be hosting the evening’s entertainment, including angelic music that will have you up on your feet dancing, shameless cabaret from Martin Dibben and Rockaoke and the RPJ Band to see the sinners dancing into the late hours of the night. Fine wines and petit fours will match a three course meal of a saintly starter, a devilish main and of course a sinful dessert…
Whether you’re a virtuous angel or a mischievous spirit from below, the cause remains the same and the funds raised from the evening will support the vital work of Springboard. On the evening, stories will be told by some of the people Springboard has helped over the past year, and the money raised will continue to help people from all walks of life into careers in hospitality, leisure and tourism.
Anne Pierce, Springboard’s CEO, said: “When our fabulously innovative, anything’s possible events partner, drp group suggested the theme for this year’s Springboard fundraising event, we found ourselves with an abundance of sinfully entertaining ideas, and for a charity, surprisingly few virtuous ideas! Saints & Sinners: The Alternative Big Event promises to be one of our best yet and we hope everyone can join us in support of the work of The Springboard Charity.”
“This is our unmissable big event of the year and every penny raised will make a difference to people’s lives – helping people from difficult backgrounds overcome their challenges, helping people who are out of work into jobs, and helping young people achieve their potential – all by supporting them into amazing apprenticeships, jobs and careers within the exciting world of hospitality, leisure and tourism.”
“With the imagination and support of the QEII Centre, Compass Group, Total Jobs and of course drp group, we can promise a wicked and enjoyable night with some saintly ingredients thrown in. Not forgetting the sinful wines from Bibendum and food from Taste by Leiths with the delicious produce of Fairfax Meadow!”
