Aiden opened Manchester House in 2013, embracing the opportunity to create the innovative, seasonal, modern British menus for which he has become renowned. The restaurant has since won numerous awards, including “One to Watch” in the National Restaurant Awards 2013, number 11 in the Square Meal UK Top 100 Restaurants, and in January 2016 received four AA rosettes.
