Premium food experience brand and event caterer rhubarb has won the prestigious title of ‘Official Food Partner’ of Henley Music Festival 2016, managing and operating all food and beverage sites at the event. This will include four restaurants: The Riverside; The Terrace; Barco; and Ronnie Scotts; as well as pop-up ventures and a total of six bars from 6th-10th July.
rhubarb will be working closely with a number of chefs at the festival, such as Daniel Clifford, Chef Patron of the two Michelin-starred Midsummer House Restaurant in Cambridge, who will be located at Europe’s biggest field restaurant – The Riverside. In addition, rhubarb will also be working alongside Hasan & Bashir at the Spice Merchant Pop-Up, serving Northern Thali, authentic Indian food and Paul Clerehugh from local pub – The Crooked Billet.
