The VarioSmoker works with conventional smoke materials, such as wood chips or pellets. The individual smoked flavour is achieved through naturally sourced materials. With accurate control of temperature and preparation time, the intensity of the smoked flavour can be varied according to your desired taste.
Plug & play!
Using the VarioSmoker is simple: all chefs have to do is fill its pan with wood chips or pellets, pop it in the RATIONAL combi steamer and plug in the cable.
