Revolution Bars Group PLC, the premium bar and dining operator, has announced the creation of three new group management positions in the catering team.
The first of these positions is for ‘Head of Food Innovation’, which has been filled by Mark Rush. Mark’s new role will focus on ensuring that the food offerings at both Revolution and sister-brand Revolución de Cuba are exciting and innovative, so customers have the best dining experience every time they visit. Mark was previously Executive Chef at Revolution Bars Group PLC, a role he has been in for over two years, and prior to this he has held catering management positions at Pizza Express and Barracuda Group.
The other two positions that have been created are for Kitchen Area Managers. These roles are currently being advertised, and the successful candidates will be tasked with ensuring that the company’s 60 sites can draw on even more expert catering advice to develop food sales across both the Revolution and Revolución de Cuba brands.
