Bespoke hospitality service provider Bennett Hay, has appointed Benoit Juton to join its senior operations team.
Juton began his career working in the hotel arena, including the Radisson in London. Since moving across into the realm of contract catering, Juton has worked with some of the biggest players in the industry, including Elior and BaxterStorey. In addition to leading large service teams, Juton has looked after an impressive portfolio of high profile legal and banking clients, including Clyde & Co and Swiss Re.
In order to complement Bennett Hay’s strong growth, Juton will be working closely with co-founder, Robin Hay, to continually shape and deliver exceptional food and service experiences. Having previously managed multi-service teams, including front of house, reception, housekeeping, workplace restaurants, hospitality, fine dining and events, Juton’s invaluable experience will be of particular value to Bennett Hay.
