ISS UK Limited is delighted to achieve recommendation for certification to the new Quality Management Standard – ISO 9001:2015. The accolade denotes the level of service reached which is benchmarked according to an international standard of excellence.
ISS UK, along with its Food & Hospitality business, was granted the certification on 23rd September 2015 and is one of the first companies in the world to achieve this new standard.
Created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the 9001:2015 Standard sets out the framework for effective quality management systems and includes major clauses on:
- Leadership
- Risk based approach
- Interested parties
- People
- Measurement, analysis and improvement
