Titanic Hotel and Rum Warehouse, Stanley Dock, is celebrating recognition in five industry accolades in as many weeks.
The dockside hotel, which has recently celebrated its first birthday, has been praised for its commitment and quality of service, facilities, location, and design.
Ian Gray, general manager, said he was “delighted” having achieved a number of prestigious accolades from ‘Highly Commended’ in Regeneration at the RICS 2015 Awards for the careful renovation of what was once an industrious warehouse into a luxurious hotel destination, to a Trip Advisor ‘Certificate of Excellence’ which recognises hotels with consistently outstanding reviews which represent the “upper echelon” of businesses.
The Spa attracts glowing reviews
It has been a particularly exciting five weeks for the recently launched spa, located in the brick arched depths of the hotel. The Spa at Titanic Hotel Liverpool offers an experience as luxurious as its surroundings and despite opening just three months ago, has already been voted ‘Best Day Spa’ in the Candis Spa Awards, nominated in the ‘World Spa Awards’, commending spa industry excellence, and up for ‘Spa/Gym of the Year’ in The Downtown in Business Liverpool Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards.
The Spa at Titanic Hotel Liverpool has also recently received a series of glowing reviews from the likes of Good Spa Guide, referring to the luxury experience as “dark and dreamy” and “an absolute treat”.
Ian Gray, who joined Titanic Hotel and Rum Warehouse earlier this year, said: “It is an honour to have been recognised in such a fiercely competitive industry, and for our spa to have been so well received during its opening months. It really does show how out of the ordinary our offer really is. However we couldn’t have done it without the commitment and dedication of our staff who continuously put our guests at the heart of everything they do and whom have been integral in these achievements.”
Other recent highlights for Titanic Hotel and Rum Warehouse include ‘Highly Commended’ for Best Newcomer to Visitor Economy at Liverpool City Tourism Awards, owing to its outstanding visitor numbers, and featuring on the shortlist in this year’s Restaurant Bar and Design Awards.
