The Grand Brighton has been recognised with a Gold Standard from BDRC Continental’s VenueVerdict Accreditation, which commends venues for providing guests with service that leads to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Since becoming an independent hotel in 2014, the hotel has gone from strength to strength. The Grand has received accolades throughout the hotel’s departments, including an AIM Gold accreditation from the Meetings Industry Association (mia) for its excellent meetings and events facilities, in addition to recognition of the hotel’s popular restaurant, GB1, with two Rosettes in the coveted AA Restaurant Guide.
The VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation is given to those properties recording a 12-month Net Promoter Score of +70 or higher from 40 or more Business Event Host responses in the 12-month period April 2014 to March 2015.
Andrew Mosley, general manager at The Grand Brighton, said: “This recognition really underlines our team’s work at The Grand. We value each and every one of our guests and make sure that the level of service is consistent in all of the hotel’s facilities.
