The FreeFrom Eating Out Awards are already breaking new ground in food service by seeking out the very best outlets for gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free food and genuinely allergen-aware service ahead of the implementation of the new allergen regulations in December 2014.
Now they are seeking sponsors for their awards with an innovative ‘cloud sponsorship’ concept designed to allow even small players to have a stake in this rapidly expanding market.
Get your ‘food’ on the ladder
Based on the popular ‘tag cloud’ which uses ‘freeform’ text to highlight the most prominent members of a group, the awards are offering three levels of sponsorship, starting as low as £250, which will allow even the smallest company to get their ‘food’ on the ladder. A tag cloud, which will appear on the awards site and on all of their publicity material, will highlight each sponsor according to their investment in the project.
The awards are also seeking a headline sponsor who wishes to make a significant commitment to ‘freefrom’ in food service – a rapidly expanding market which looks set to mirror the 15% year on year market growth of ‘freefrom’ in retail where it has already topped £400 million per annum.
The FreeFrom Eating Out Awards, run by the team which also runs the very successful FreeFrom Food and FreeFrom Skincare Awards, will open in May 2014 with the presentation at the Food Matters Live exhibition at Excel in November 2014.
