Our stylish 140 cover brasserie requires someone who understands volume and can deliver it with quality and flair taking this multi award winning brasserie into new territory. You must have energy, imagination and a heart felt passion for the food you present.
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Head Chef to lead and develop our brigade. You will already have experience at this level, be hands on, innotive and work well under pressure whilst motivating your team.
You must be able to demonstrate exceptional man management skills as well as consistent achievement of budgeted GP, health & safety standards and food hygiene excellence. As Head Chef you will have responsibilty and be accountable for: The management, motivation training and development of your kitchen team. Ongoing menu development Stock Control and achievment of budgeted GP. Hygiene & health and safety compliance Experience at this level is required. Salary £28,000 – £30,000 dependant on experience plus company bonus and discounts.
