Sodexo is partnering with concert promoter AEG Live to provide cutting edge hospitality at the new music event at Hyde Park this month featuring The Rolling Stones, Bon Jovi, Sir Elton John, Lionel Richie and Jennifer Lopez.
The Royal Parks and AEG Live are staging “Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park” (5-14 July) – a unique event for London which will give music fans the chance to see artists play over back-to-back weekends.
As part of the event, AEG Live and Sodexo are offering exclusive hospitality packages ranging from private suites to garden hospitality during six weekend concerts. More than 7,000 people will be entertained in hospitality suites and food courts at the ground breaking new concert series and outdoor experience.
The overarching food theme will be British ‘summer fayre’ with culinary concepts including live cookery stations, a variety of street food outlets, and a fresh fish counter featuring dishes like London smoked gravlax and Cromer crab.
Alex Beaumont, Sodexo Prestige’s head of events, said: “It is fantastic to be part of what will, no doubt, be an incredible event for London. We intend to provide great food and service to complement the fantastic music. The inspiration for our food concepts is a celebration of the British summer fayre with its colours, tastes, fun and street party atmosphere.”
