The Polyscience Anti-Griddle will be demonstrating how to make Frozen Tomato ‘lollies’ in a Vodka shot, so as well as watching you may just have to try one too.
Also on display will be the Sous Vide Professional and Clear Tank developed to meet the requirements of the world’s best chefs.
Not on display is the new Equipline Pop-Up Cafe Pod launched at last week’s lunch! show. The Pop-Up Cafe Pod made a huge impact at the show and was shortlisted for an innovation award.
