Multi-award winning publishing and events company Media 10 are set to launch The Ideal Home Show at Christmas, this November at London’s Earls Court. The Ideal Home Show Christmas will run over five days, from the 16th – 20th November at London’s Earls Court, based on the same format as the London and Scotland events, including the brand’s flagship zoned areas that include; Ideal Home Improvements, Food, Interiors and Woman sections, but featuring a Christmas twist and with more Gadgets, shopping and gifts for all the family, in time for the busiest retail shopping period of the year.
Lee Newton Managing Director of Media 10, owners and organisers of the Ideal Home Show commented: “Since we took over the Ideal Home Show in September 2009 the brand has gone from strength to strength.
We had over 265,000 visitors to the 2010 event with a fewer number of days, a phenomenal response to the return of Britain’s best loved home show under new ownership.
Our success proved that there is still a growing consumer demand for home events, and has led to us reviving the forthcoming Scottish event in Glasgow this May, and more recently the decision to launch ‘Ideal Home Show at Christmas’, later this year.
“Ideal Home Show Christmas will be our third annual event in the Ideal Home Show Calendar, and comes at a time when the consumer public are looking to spend more time improving the homes that they live in, rather than moving.
“Christmas is also a key time for homeowners to finish off their last minute DIY projects before families get together for the holidays, so it is a perfect time for us to help consumers create their perfect family Christmas at home.”
With a series of themed room sets that offer style and advice on how to dress your home for the Christmas season, tops tips and advice on how to create the ultimate Christmas table setting and your own natural decorations, as well as last minute home improvement ideas or those seasonal recipes from the Ideal Food area, the Ideal Home Show at Christmas will offer all of the inspiration you need to make your home feel welcoming and inviting this Christmas.
The show will bring together more than 400 exhibitors with an ideal mix of brand names, and International and UK based retailers to offer a unique one-stop shopping experience across all areas with plenty of inspiration for all of those home and gift needs. Organisers hope to attract 60,000 visitors to the event.
The Ideal Home Show at Christmas will open its doors for 5 days from the 16th – 20th November 2011, at London’s Earls Court, open daily from 10am-6pm, Late Night Thursdays open until 9pm.
