Handmade pizzas and more than 80 ciders will be on offer when The Stable opens its doors in Kew Bridge, Brentford on the 29th of July 2016 at noon. Sourced from the West Country and carted to the big city, the Kew Bridge location will be the fifteenth venue for the popular establishment, founded in Dorset in 2009.
With their ethos of high quality, seasonal ingredients and the best pizza and cider at the forefront, The Stable and their team of Stablehands are looking forward getting settled into their second location in the nation’s capital. Owners Nikki and Richard Cooper ensure that the philosophy stays strong across all locations, and Kew Bridge will surely be no exception.
Nikki says “We are proud to be opening our second London restaurant in such a beautiful Thames-side location, where our customers can eat al fresco on our huge riverside piazza. We hope that the residents of Brentford and Kew Bridge will love our freshly made delicious pizzas or nutritious salads and will see it as a place to hang out with friends and family.”
In true Stable fashion the menu honours local landmarks, featuring pizzas such as The Hounslow Herbivore and The Kew Palace Pecker to highlight the unique setting of the new restaurant. Pairing deliciously with the pizzas on offer, The Stable brings with them a huge variety of cider from in and around the West Country, and plans to offer 80+ types at the Kew Bridge establishment. Of course, the buck doesn’t stop at cider – the restaurant will feature a full wine list, as well as an array of craft beers, pressed apple juice and fresh brewed coffee.
With Kew Bridge Station a stone’s throw away, the freshly refurbished building houses an energy that The Stable will nurture on their mission to bring people together over good food and drink. With long communal tables, the stripped back style of the building and great music, the individual elements are designed to encourage interaction, sharing and conversation. Open kitchens flaunt a passion for quality produce and a firm belief in cooking everything from scratch.
Kew Bridge will host the popular Tuck In Tuesday. The existing venues in Bath, Bristol, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Cardiff, Falmouth, Fistral, Whitechapel, Winchester, Weymouth, Winchester, Plymouth, Southampton and Poole are already established hubs for gathering over great pizzas and refreshing pints.
