Following a 58-year heritage in hotel development and management, Harilela Hotels are introducing their own new hotel concept for the global travel market – The Hari. Inspired by the founding family’s celebrated and exemplary hospitality, The Hari in London’s Belgravia will be the first property, and will be unveiled on 31st August 2016.
Aron Harilela, Chairman and CEO of Harilela Hotels, says, “For me this launch is the culmination of a lifelong dream to create my own hotel brand. Global travellers are deserving of a more layered and singular hotel experience which our team will deliver. The Hari will wholly encapsulate my values and reflect everything I love when it comes to design and service.”
The roll out plan includes The Hari Hong Kong as the next confirmed opening in 2019. Each property will deliver impeccable service and bring a relaxed elegance to the modern hotel stay. The quest is to weave layers of culture with a hint of eccentricity to create unique visits.
The Hari London, is an 85 bedroom, independent hotel with 14 suites and an eclectic mix of social spaces. The hotel interiors are designed by Tara Bernerd. The Terrace is an urban oasis with living walls and retractable roof – a hang out space for all seasons, whilst The Lounge is the ideal location for work, play, and a relaxed take on afternoon tea. A new restaurant, inspired by modern Italian cuisine, is set to open in October which will complete the hotel’s hospitality offering. Art including works by Mario Testino and Tracey Emin, and a library of books which guests borrow from and even donate to, contributes to the hotel’s passion for culture. Bikes will also be available to guests who wish to explore Belgravia, it’s historic streets and hot spots, or go further afield.
