100 WARDOUR ST, on the site of the legendary Marquee Club, will be a new restaurant, bar and music venue in the heart of Soho, designed by Russell Sage Studios and opening in January 2016.
Set over two floors, with an all-day restaurant, lounge and cocktail bar situated on the ground floor and a second restaurant space on the lower ground floor opening in the evenings featuring live music performances and world class special guest DJs.
Most recently the building has been the home of Latin American club Floridita and Pan-Indian restaurant Carom. In its previous life as the Marquee Club, headline acts included The Rolling Stones and Fleetwood Mac, who both made their London debut performances at the club.
The newly appointed Executive Chef is Liam Smith-Laing, previously Head Chef at La Petite Maison in Istanbul and prior to that at Skylon in London. His menu will offer Modern European and Mediterranean cuisine with a twist.
100 WARDOUR ST will boast a total capacity of 425 covers for dining and 872 for events.
David Loewi, Managing Director at D&D London comments:
“We are extremely excited to be launching a new concept at this iconic London address. There will be many reasons to visit 100 WARDOUR ST; a beautiful new interior by Russell Sage, some great bars, live music and it’s fantastic to have Liam Smith-Laing back at D&D to head up the kitchens.”
