The nominees have been announced for the 2015 Craft Guild of Chefs Awards to be held at the Hilton Park Lane hotel on June 15th 2015.
The 16 highly coveted awards will be handed out on the night covering all aspects of the UK chef industry from Public Sector to Ethnic and the Armed Forces Chef of the Year. There is also recognition for the upcoming chefs with both the Young and Apprentice Chef categories generating huge numbers of entries.
