Top London chefs and restaurateurs including Issac McHale, Nieves Barragán Mohacho and Neil Borthwick have celebrated the culmination of the sixth London Restaurant Festival in partnership with American Express, at the annual London Restaurant Festival Awards ceremony. This year’s festival has been bigger and better than ever, with over 300 restaurants taking part in the annual citywide celebration of eating out.
Hosted at The Magazine Restaurant, the stunning restaurant at the Serpentine Sackler Gallery, the Awards recognised the stand-out achievements of individuals and restaurants that took part in the festival:

Newcomer of the Year presented by Danny Brennan, Champagne Laurent-Perrier
Awarded to Neil Borthwick, Merchants Tavern
Best Cassoulet presented by Isabelle Kanaan, Sud de France
Awarded to The Balcon
Best Group Dining Restaurant presented by Michelle Songy, Spleat
Awarded to Bird of Smithfield
Menu award presented by James Lanigan, Book A Table
