Greg Lawson, the creative, ambitious and entrepreneurial CEO and founder of Smart Group, will provide the fantastic finale to an incredible year of successful Arena events at The Arena Christmas Event 2014 on Monday 1 December at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.

Greg Lawson – a ‘smart’ man
Greg’s illustrious hospitality career spans over 30 years. At age 22 he set up his first restaurant and after branching into outdoor catering he successfully pioneered the idea of putting up a temporary structure and running exclusive and shared Christmas parties with The Christmas Company. On selling the business he started Quantum Leap Events, recently rebranded Smart Group.
Greg is still very much a caterer at heart, with Smart Group’s catering arm Smart Hospitality very much involved in everything the business does. Smart Hospitality caters at numerous corporate and private event locations across the UK, including a number of large sporting events, such as Ascot, Wimbledon and Twickenham, as well as catering within fixed venues in both London and Manchester.
Smart Hospitality also enjoys a partnership with Michelin-starred chef Angela Hartnett, with Smart by Angela Hartnett packages offering clients the opportunity to taste some of her signature dishes, with Angela present at the event preparing the dishes in person and interacting with guests.
The popular Arena Christmas Event starts at 10.30am with Horizons’ presentation (only available to guests attending the Arena Christmas Event). Attendees will then be able to take advantage of the superb networking opportunities created by the drinks reception and three-course lunch before Greg Lawson takes to the stage.
