The culinary mascot for the French team will be Michelin starred Chef Eric Chavot, offering Salmon au mélasse with chilli slaw. Finally, Andy Wilson of Ashdown Park will be cooking up Portland crab, salt baked beetroot, lemon emulsion and hazelnut, hoping to touchdown on behalf of The Roses.
