Shelley Sandzer, one of the UK’s leading leisure property specialist agencies, has acted on behalf on Café Rouge in a deal that sees Italian themed restaurant, Caffe Concerto, move into 17-18 Irving Street. The prime location 5,000sq ft restaurant near Leicester Square will be opening in November 2014.
Commenting on their role in the expansion of Caffe Concerto, Nick Weir, joint managing partner at Shelley Sandzer said: “Part of our role as specialists within this sector is to identify and work with our clients to achieve and fulfill their brief. The Café Rouge site on Irving Street Leicester Square is located in a highly popular restaurant location in central London and was the perfect opportunity for us to negotiate a great deal with Café Concerto on behalf of our client.”
Since launching in London’s Regent Street in 1996, Caffe Concerto has expanded into 17 locations across the UK.
