Chef Adam Handling is welcoming Chef Kirk Westaway from JAAN by Kirk Westaway for a two-day four hands collaboration at Frog by Adam Handling in September. Westaway, whose Singapore-based restaurant has two Michelin stars, will be joining Handling for an exclusive collaboration at Adam’s flagship restaurant, which also has a Michelin star.
The event follows a sell-out collaboration earlier this year in Singapore, where Handling and his senior team flew out to cook at JAAN, serving an extravagant tasting menu that showcased the very best of British ingredients. Both chefs share a philosophy dedicated to modern British cuisine, with a refined, elevated touch that promotes sustainability.
The exclusive 13-course menu showcases highlights and guest favourites from both Frog and JAAN, offering guests an immersive dining experience, using only the very best seasonal British ingredients.
The menu will begin with a special welcome drink before diners go on to enjoy the signature dishes from both chefs, including Handling’s ‘Egg, bacon, maitake’ and ‘Scallop, carrot, chilli’, to Westaway’s ‘Goose mousse, roast red onion marmalade’ and ‘Pork, cardamom apple puree, green peppercorn sauce’.
Both chefs will be serving the menu, which is priced at £250pp, for lunch (from 12pm) and dinner (from 5pm) on Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th September.
