Bob Bob Ricard City will be hosting a fund-raising dinner in support of the Ukraine effort on Sunday, 13 March, with all monies raised on the night going to Unicef.
Chef Larry Jayasekera, alongside Bob Bob Ricard City’s Head Chef Ben Hobson and his team, will present a four-course menu inspired by Ukrainian ingredients and classic dishes.
The special menu is as follows:
Canapés: Potato rösti with caviar; Salmon tartare with capers and gherkin.
Amuse bouche: Borsch soup.
Starter: Black Truffle potato vareniki.
Main Course: Chicken Kyiv with wild garlic.
Side Dish: Ukrainian potato salad.
Dessert: Pancakes with sweet cottage cheese, Ukrainian winter berries and sour cream ice cream.
Petit Four: Apple cinnamon tart tatin.
The menu at £195pp will also include Champagne on arrival, canapés, and wines throughout the dinner. Several key suppliers will support the event, including, among others, HG Walter, N25 Caviar, Sybaritic Truffles, and the Drinks Club. 100% of receipts will go to the charity.
Booking times will be for 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm or 7.30pm. Ticketed reservations must be made via SevenRooms (Book HERE), with full advance payment required.
In addition to this event, £1 from every bill at both Bob Bob Ricard Soho and Bob Bob Ricard City will be donated directly to the Ukrainian Red Cross.
