The Belfry Hotel & Resort, has retained its title as England’s Leading Resort and Conference Hotel at the 27th annual World Travel Awards.
The World Travel Awards acknowledged The Belfry’s high quality service and facilities, which includes luxurious bedrooms and suites alongside several restaurants and bars.
The hotel is also home to three golf courses, including The Brabazon and The PGA National, which are recognised as world-class, having previously hosted The Ryder Cup four times – more than any other venue in the world – all surrounded by 550 acres of North Warwickshire countryside.
H&C News is more than familiar with The Belfry Hotel & Resort as it hosts the annual hospitality industry golf day for The Clink Charity.
Commenting on the awards, Gail Aldridge, Marketing Director at The Belfry told us: “It is a fantastic achievement to once again receive the title of England’s Leading Resort and England’s Leading Conference Hotel at the World Travel Awards.
“The Belfry has always been committed to providing our guests with an experience that will stay with them, long after they leave, so receiving these awards is a true testament to all of the continued hard work The Belfry team put in. It’s especially gratifying to win during a time when we are all continuing to face unprecedented challenges and we would like to wholeheartedly thank everyone who voted for us.”
H&C News and a selection of golfers from across the hospitality industry look forward to our golf day returning to The Belfry Hotel & Resort next year in June. Where once again awareness of and funds to support The Clink Charity will be raised at the iconic ‘Belfry’.
