Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Executive Chef, Cédric d’Ambrosio.
With many years of experience gained in restaurants all over the world, Cédric D’Ambrosio returns to run the kitchens of Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort. Passionate and creative, the resort’s Executive French Chef loves to mix the Art of Haute-Cuisine with oriental and local influences.
Cédric d’Ambrosio has worked in Michelin starred restaurants across Monaco, Dubai, the Maldives and France, where he collaborated with Alain Ducasse and Christophe Cussac among others. Now he returns to Mazagan, where he participated in the opening of the resort in 2009 by developing the menu of Sel de Mer, the specialist seafood restaurant.
Cédric D’Ambrosio started his career in French gastronomy and quickly developed a taste for originality. He has created numerous dishes for prestigious hotels, including: the Sofitel Dubai Downtown 5*, The Velassaru Maldives 5* and the Louis XV Monte Carlo directed by Alain Ducasse, where he enjoyed proposing new culinary experiences.
Returning with enthusiasm to lead the team, Cédric D’Ambrosio will ensure guests of Mazagan enjoy a unique and memorable gastronomic experience.
