The Hotel Café Royal, London, has announced the appointment of Jeremy Brown as Executive Chef. Brown will join the hotel from early May 2017, and will be in charge of the hotel’s overall food strategy, as well as all kitchen duties throughout the hotel and its outlets.
Jeremy’s broad culinary experience includes past senior roles at numerous top establishments, including Chez Nico, The Ritz, Home House and most recently Sky Garden in The City of London, where he was Executive Head Chef.
