Urban Greens will open its seventh London location at 100 Tottenham Court Road on Wednesday 21 October.

The opening will bring the chef-led food concept’s salads, hot-protein trays and build-your-own breakfast offer to central London, alongside a limited-edition collaboration with Shoreditch restaurant Osteria Angelina.
The menu includes Urban Greens signatures such as the Urban Caesar, Thai Crunch and Beef Saigon, combining proteins and grains with vegetables and toppings including ginger-pickled carrots, shredded kale, seeds and toasted peanuts.
Hot-protein trays are also available, combining bases with options including honey-Dijon chicken, pulled chilli brisket and harissa chickpeas.
The Tottenham Court Road opening coincides with the latest instalment of Urban Greens’ Guest Chef Series, developed with Osteria Angelina.
The collaboration has been created by Joshua Owens-Baigler, Co-Founder of Angelina; Usman Haider, Executive Chef at Angelina; and Ana da Costa, Head of Food at Urban Greens.
Inspired by Itameshi, combining influences from Italian and Japanese cooking, the limited-edition Angelina Salad brings together Wafu chicken and sesame glass noodles with fresh greens, pickled daikon and red cabbage, finished with furikake hazelnuts and yuzu kosho dressing.
The collaboration will be available until 6 November.
Tottenham Court Road will also become the next Urban Greens location to serve breakfast following its introduction at High Street Kensington.
The build-your-own breakfast bar will allow customers to customise date porridge or açaí bowls with fresh fruit, nut butters and other toppings. Breakfast will be introduced shortly after the new restaurant opens.
Urban Greens said: “When we started Urban Greens, we wanted to change the way people think about everyday eating and create food that’s fresh, full of flavour and genuinely exciting to come back to. That vision hasn’t changed, but the brand has grown in ways we’re incredibly proud of. Opening our seventh location on Tottenham Court Road is a huge milestone for the team, and we’re excited to keep pushing what Urban Greens can be.”
The new location will have seating for 20, with takeaway and delivery also available.
The food offer is gluten-free and includes vegetarian and vegan options, while bowls and trays are compostable with recyclable lids.
