Urban Greens continued its steady growth across the capital with the launch of its sixth location, which opened yesterday, 30 October.

The chef-driven salad bar transforming London’s fast-casual food scene opens at 23 Norton Folgate, Shoreditch. Nestled within a vibrant new development and surrounded by like-minded independents, this marks another step in Urban Greens’ mission to deliver fresh, nourishing, and seriously flavour-packed satisfying food to even more Londoners.
The new store offers 22 indoor seats, with outdoor seating to follow, and serves the full Urban Greens menu — from signature salads including Beef Saigon; Salmon Avocado; and Urban Caesar to warm, satisfying Trays like Sinaloa; and Aegean designed by Head of Food Finn Tonry.
As a nod to the area’s creative spirit, the Shoreditch location will also feature a custom mural by artist Sedef Komurgoz.
Urban Greens was founded by three university friends — Rushil Ramjee, Houman Ashrafzadeh, and Yannis Drivas — who were craving healthy yet satisfying, delicious food to transform their uninspiring desk lunches. Determined to change the lunchtime landscape, they developed a menu focused on fresh, flavour-packed meals that has now grown into six vibrant London locations serving chef-driven, health-focused food.
Rushil says: “Shoreditch felt like the natural next step — it’s a hub for creativity, food and energy, all things that align with what we’re about.”
Houman adds: “We’ve always loved this part of the city. There’s a real sense of community here, and we’re excited to be a part of it.”
Yannis comments: “We’re grateful to our customers for helping us grow one location at a time. Opening our sixth store in such a dynamic area is something we’re proud of.”
