The Europa Hotel in Belfast has completed a £550,000 investment to create The Parlour, a new food and beverage space within the hotel.

The development has transformed the former Piano Restaurant into an open-plan dining and social space alongside the existing Piano Lounge, which has also undergone refurbishment as part of the investment.
The Parlour has been designed to accommodate daytime dining, afternoon tea and evening food and drinks.
The interiors feature new furnishings and bespoke finishes, with neutral tones, blue upholstery and brass detailing incorporated throughout the space.
The Europa’s piano has also been repositioned into a dedicated area for live music and entertainment.
The Parlour will become the setting for the hotel’s Afternoon Tea offer, while an evening menu will feature small plates alongside wines, Champagnes and cocktails.
Investment in the Piano Lounge has included new furnishings, banquette seating and a long cocktail table, creating additional seating and drinking space.
A new Italian marble floor has also been installed outside the hotel’s Grand Ballroom.
Andy McNeill, General Manager of the Europa Hotel said: “The introduction of The Parlour represents an exciting new chapter for the Europa Hotel. We wanted to create a unique new space that complements the heritage and reputation of the hotel while responding to the changing ways our guests want to socialise, dine and relax. The Parlour provides a beautiful new setting for afternoon tea and evening drinks, while the refreshed Piano Lounge enhances one of the most iconic spaces one of the most iconic spaces within the hotel. Demand for the Piano Lounge continues to grow and this investment allows us to expand our offering, create additional seating capacity and introduce exciting new food and drink experiences for both local guests and visitors to the city.”
